yahoomail account locked

forgot my password-tried everything-the OTP sent on my mobile didnt work so finally account blocked for 12 hrs-what can i do.spk to their india helpline or what( they give me an option of sending my password link on a old yahoomail account whose password i dont remember, i use his mail regularly-anyone who can please help

one of my accounts is locked. had a long exchange of emails with their cc. they kept asking for last remembered password. i tried but it seems none matched. the mobile number mentioned got partially changed when reliance india became a full fledged mobile operator and changed it to 10 digits. i tried to explain many times but they stopped responding. pathetic people

Try to OTP again and change your password.I was facing same problem as yours but just now i checked it worked.
