Xperia J or Galaxy S duos??

Hello everyone...
i am planning to buy an android device, n i am confused btw xperia j & galaxy s duos.
Their are few points regarding the devices.
Display Quality: Xperia J is better
Ram: S duos is better.
Xperia J doesnt have shortcuts in drop down notification panel.
Looks: Xperia J is Stunning and S duos is also good bt Xperia J is better in looks.
Price: Xperia J is cheaper in comparision.
Performance: S duos is better cz of more RAM. Xperia J smtyms lags.

Now can anyone pls tl me about the audio quality?? both in earphones and without earphones.
And also suggest me which one to buy as i m very much confused...

Genius in making mistakes
if u dont hate samsung n their build quality then s duos is better than xperia j as it has more amount of ram memory which matters lot..apart from it both are identical in terms of specs n performance..both are getting jelly bean update..sony phones have better audio output though..

whats ur budget btw..??
