Windows 10 not connecting to iPhone hotspot

My slowest machine , a Dell windows 10 laptop is annoying me more by unable to connect to iPhone hotspot where all other mobiles/TV connect to the same device with minimal issues. Although Windows 10 connects to the iPhone in USB mode only. But it’s the wifi that it’s not connecting.
There’s nothing wrong with the wifi adapter of my laptop since it connects to the broadband wifi easily.
What can be the issue here?

Check with some android phone hotspot.If it connects then compare iphone wifi hotspot settings with android.If it doesn't connect even with android wifi hotspot then issue is with some windows setting/update.
