will this have a bottleneck performace?

I want to play games..the last one i played was NFS underground 2. The later games didnt run on my GF4MX
i want to play games like NFScarbon and MotoGP..etc..with good settings.

So i have..
P4 2.8 HT
512 MB ram
865 GBF mobo
GF 4 128 MB

ive two options

One is to buy a Mobo with Pcie express slot and buy a 7600GT and make the Ram 1GB.
Will the graphics card be bottlenecked coz its on P4? will the game run smooth?

else ive to buy a core 2 duo processr with that, and switch to DDR2 1 GB! which make my budjet tight!

So...wht u guys say!

Go 4 C2D + mobo + 1gb ram now.buy the Intel D965RY mobo cuz it has the latest IGP(X3000).So u'll be able to play most games at low/medium settings.Buy a DX10 gfx crd when the prices drop.

Even I agree with assasin, better to hang on till DirectX10 cards come. and X3000 and atleast make your games run, though quality will be compromised, but when u get DX10 gfx card it will be all fine.
