i want to buy new psu but i am confused between this to option antec ne650m or corsair cx650 which one will be best to buy in terms of quality

Current system configuration
fx6300
16 gb ddr3 ram
3x 1tb hdd 7200rpm
500gb hdd 7200
960gtx

going to upgrade some parts which are
amd 5600x
16gb ddr4
4tb hdd
Nvidia 3060
