dont think too much after reading page on cpu benchmarking sites... in India you wont find OEMs easily...Shops mostly have retail ones

^Yes,that's correct...OP shouldn't worry about CPU's,as mostly all CPU's are sold under retail packages in India.
Just ensure you buy the CPU(Boxed version/Retail) from a well known ,reputed computer shop.
