What do to with tilted flash drive?

Hi guys I need some help regarding my flash drive. My father got a Transcend JF V30 flash drive of 16 GB and now with the passage of time the top plastic of my flash drive got a crack and the steel portion of the flash drive has got tilted. I fear that if I continue using it, my flash drive's main steel portion which goes inside the USB port might break. As I got it from France I don't if I can get it replaced or not and I don't even have the bill. Please tell me what should I do.

BTW you should post the photo of the damaged pen drive and not the one you have posted from their website.

Haha, well no the thing is not about the force its just that the plastic near the metal part is really weak, I tried to post the photo but the thing is that even if i post it, it will seem to you as if nothing is wrong with it because the tilt is not so much that it can be noticed with a camera.
