I bought a Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic recently and broke the front glass panel.
I contacted Acrotech (one of Lian Li's distributors) the very next day, and they quoted me a price for the replacement panel. They said that due to the lockdown in Delhi it could take until next week to ship the panel out, and that I should pay for it just before they shup.
Then a couple of hours later they sent me a message that they were going to ship it on the same day I had contacted them, and they actually did! They sent me the tracking information the very next day of shipping the package.
I was super-impressed by the level of service provided. Well done!
