The Devil
Those who are facing problems with the webaroo wikipedia pack, here is the correct procedure for installing:

1. Download Webaroo from *www.webaroo.com/download (No need to do this. You already have this on the DVD)
2. Double click the downloaded file and perform the on-screen instruction to install Webaroo.
3. Once the installation completes, start Webaroo.
4. Click Preferences tab >> Content location.
5. Click The Change Content location button and browse to the location where you wish to store Wikipedia and other webpacks.
6. Click Apply Changes button.
7. Close all Webaroo window, right click Webaroo icon in system tray and select Exit.
8. Create 6 GB free space on C drive.
9. Double click Webaroo installer provided in Digit DVD and perform the on-screen instruction.

Note: During installation process, Webaroo temporarily stores data on C drive and will then move it to the local drive that you have selected earlier.

During installation process, Webaroo checks to see if you have atleast 6 GB free space on the system drive [usually C:] of your computer. If you do not have 6 GB free space, only Webaroo will be installed.

So even if you choose to install wikipedia in another drive other than C, you got to have 6GB of free space in drive C just to hold the temporary files. How silly!!
