I am planning to buy WD 640GB HDD, I want to use it as internal as-well-as sometime external. I don't know will it be able to make external, and if yes wat will i need?

Just get a External HDD Case and put ur HDD in it... Now 2-in-1 HDD....

I bought Coolermaster case. It is good and power adaptor is bes I have seen
little costly though SATA wud be around 1400 bucks

Yes, u need a Power Adapter to make it work..(I hope so..) Coz the HDD has a power connector rite...

Get a eSATA casing .. or u'll miss out a lot out on the performance ..
