i have installed vista recently.it is working fine but i have a problem with vista i.e., i can't get flip action(Alt+Tab) in vista.plz tell me regard this.how i can get this one

There are several reasons for Flip-3D not working properly.
Which Version of Vista did you install? Aero is available in all versions except Home Basic version and Starter Version.

And the most important thing! Does ur system hv the minimum requirements to hv all those affects, like Aero theme, etc.?

.... i can't get flip action(Alt+Tab) ....

Flip 3d is "windows+tab"
