Virus in BIOS - Dell G3 3579?

Is it possible if my system is infected by Virus and suddenly Dell BIOS update come and install. Are there chances that Virus is now in BIOS

No. The Virus cannot spread through BIOS update. It will only affect the windows OS and its file system.

Keep your antivirus definition updated all the time.
