Vacuum cleaner

I am thinking of buying a vacuum cleaner.
Purpose: To clean thin layer of dust on tables that causes dust allergy. I am tired of cleaning it only to see it settle down after 1 or 2 hrs.

Optional : Blower function to blow off dust from internal parts of PC(since vacuum cannot be used on PC parts. Not sure if blower can be used either).

Budget: 5k max. But if there are durable costlier cleaners that fulfills the purpose then I can also consider it since it is a one time investment.

get black and decker. they are one of the best. i got mine for 5k, 4 yrs back and are still working great.

Get a handheld from Eureka Forbes(Euroclean).

And will Eureka Forbes(Euroclean) or black and decker satisfy my purpose(which is removing fine layer of dust).

I have this, extremely handy for cleaning computers, tables, and will do carpets etc as well.

Ok thanks. I have heard of a fancy word HEPA filter that is essential to prevent minute dust from escaping. Is it needed or a marketing buff since I am concerned about fine dust and dust allergy?
