I'm using bsnl WLL internet connection(wireless) using the phone named Clarity-IIA.I use utorrent to download torrents.But when i try the check if the port is forwarded properly in speedguide,it says the port 13899 is not open.what cani do.I've tried turning off the windows firewall,will that help?i don't use any third party firewall,although i'm ready to use one if need be.......
