Using same debit card on two different Amazon accs can give more discount?

In the ongoing sale at Amazon, you can get a maximum of Rs. 2250 discount by using HDFC debit card.

Suppose I use the same card with two different Amazon accounts, will I still be limited to Rs. 2250 or will I get double that - 2250 for each Amazon account? Is the discount given based on the card number or the Amazon account?

The same question for Flipkart, with its SBI card offer.

I had high hopes for this sale, thinking they would give 10% discount, meaning if I bought 50k worth of stuff, I'd get a 5k discount, but no, they have limited the amount - 2250 for Amazon, 1250 for Flipkart. :(

I can't make sense of the Flipkart discount scheme:

From what I've understood, to qualify for the discount, you should have a minimum value of Rs. 5000 per order.

The maximum discount that can be availed on 16-17 Oct is 1250, and to get that, you have to make a purchase of Rs. 12500 or above.

On 18-19 Oct and 20-21 Oct, a minimum order of Rs. 5000 has to be placed, and the maximum discount each time is Rs. 1000, so to get the Rs. 1000, your order each time must be Rs. 10000 or above. If it is Rs. 7500, then you'll get Rs. 750 as discount.

Have I understood correctly?
