Upgrading help

Hi to all!!
I am having assembled PC having intel 915GLVG motherboard, 512 MB DDR RAM(400), Pentium 4 2.66GHz, 80GB hard disk. All things are working very fine.But my usage is very much increased.I bought yhis configuration 3 years ago, now I have to upgrade it.I don't want to change processor, but would like to sell motherboard & RAM at good price & want to buy good motherboard & 2 GB RAM. My budget is 5000, since I am saving money to buy mid-level laptop next year.
I will buy laptop, but I want this PC also, thats why I want to upgrade.
Please suggest a shop in Mumbai to whom I can sell motherboard & RAM, and can buy new from there, also suggest new configuration.
Please reply, since this my first post & hopping it doesn't become my last!!

Lol i have the same stupid motherboard which has no pcie slot nor agp slot and 3ghz p4 which runs very hot and noisy. Dunno where to sell and if anyone will buy it.

For the motherboard, you can get MSI G31 for Rs.2400 and Transcend 2 x 1gb 800MHz RAM for 1700. Dont get a single 2 gb ram module even if its cheaper coz two modules are faster than one.

Total 4100. Add another 2100 to get 160gb harddisk if u want.
