Unable to install Gpay.. when I click on Install Gpay on Playstore, it says Pending & then nothing happens
I did delete a lot of cache from Google play store, storage etc

Use to face this issue in the past. Unfortunately I could never dial in the reason. It started working on it's own.
I think common troubleshooting techniques would be:
Restart phone
Try different Wi-Fi
Try on mobile network
Try to see if there isn't power saving mode active
In the end, just want for sometime, maybe it will start very late, and you don't have enough patience
