Right now on my phone without any related apps installed android switches to the next track when the call button is double pressed. I am trying to customize this...
Tried a number of applications, but the behaviour seems to be stuck at the default setting only. I have no idea why .
Does android have any default / built in ability to perform certain actions when headset button/s are pressed ?

My phone : LENOVO Lenovo A269i (android 2.3) . Phone works nicely in other aspects - browser, email, music etc.
