Two .AVI files(700 mb each) to one .AVI (700 mb)file?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to compress two .avi files(700mb each) to one .avi file(700mb) or is it only possible with the original dvd?

no i guess, u can. try virtualdub

yes definitely ..with some loss of quality ..
either join them first then select output to 700 mb
or compress separately to 350 mb each and then join ...
for compression use super from erightsoft.com
and search for avi joiner ...avi cutter..etc in google ..

virtual dub only let's u join 2 avi files without compression..i do have the software "super" but i am not sure if it let's u compress the file...

you need to play with super a little bit ..it can do most of the things..
