Toshiba X5310 : Is it good for running softwares like Maya, Max, After Effects ???

Hey guys.. i am buying Toshiba Satellite L650-X5310..
Its specs are
i5 procy
4gb ram
500gb hdd
1gb ati madisson lp graphics card...

Would it be able to run softwares like Maya Max After Effects etc?? i am into animation and would be working on these softwares...

Yes

Con:
Since L650-X5310 comes with 800MHz FSB, the RAM frequency will down-clock i.e. it will result in bottleneck.

I think the newer model available in the market has solved this FSB prob
