Suggestions for laptop under40000 INR

need suggestions to buy a laptop with following specs for education (cad) and occasional gaming use
- core i3 or i5 processor
- 4gb ram min
- good battery backup (4 hrs atleast)
- discrete graphics
- good build quality and dvd drive
- possibly little light (<2.3kg)
- 14 inch would be better

and no dell laptops pls

pls suggest some laptops... Thanks in advance
