Suggestion for buying a HP Laptop from eBay.

Right off the assembly line
I've found a laptop on eBay that is about 10k cheaper when compared regarding its specifications. In Indian market this configuration laptop costs about 50-55k. What I really want to know is that is it safe and trustworthy to buy it from eBay? Seller also has good ratings and reviews.

Why do you want to buy this laptop?There is nothing special, worst part is it doesn't have a dedicated GPU.
