suggestion for 100 k bulid

Pls suggest me a cpu configuration around 100k for cad applications. Mostly i will b using autodesk inventor, autocad, and other high end cad/cam softwares.
For processor i was looking for amd fx 9590. The ratings were not so good but it seems to be a nice processor concidering its price, clock speed and no. of cores. ( please advise to go with this processor or not.)
Please suggest a configuration.
Also I'm confused with a professional cad graphics processor such as nvidia quatro or a gaming card, ther have considerable price variation. I also intend to do some ocassional gaming though i cant compromise my cad application performance.
If it requires i can overclock also.

I think you should wait out as you said you can.
As per some leaks and rumors new GPUs will come out in some time,quite likely they would have better compute performance unless they are crippled.
i7 4790k+z97 board would be better choice than fx9590,former is much more efficient and has better allround performance plus you get a more feature-rich platform.

Thankyou so much for your advice. How much time do you think i should wait. Is nvidia releasing any new gpu under its quatro series, because quatro suits my use type.

Maxwell based gtx 980,gtx970 are rumored to launch very soon(2-3 days),then there might be gtx 960. Might take a little time to be available here.
Some entry/mid level maxwell based quadro cards have been launched last month,not yet available here I think.More maxwell based quadro would come later perhaps.

I was thinking to go for fx9590 as i can get it from us for 14k. Mobo is asus crosshair v formula z. So i save a lot money and get max performance. I'm ready to compromize on some features of mobo. Pls. Suggest.
