Suggest two PC builds 15k and 25k respectively

1. Purpose

15k one will be used to run some berger paint software that won't require much processing power.

25k one will be used for office work and multimedia like watching movies etc.

40k split into 25k and 15k as above. May extend+5k.

10. Location is Kolkata. Planning to buy locally preferably. If online prices are too good then may consider buying online.

11. Need 1 dot matrix printer with above setup

Two comments, I checked the ram price on Amazon and it seems we can get the 4gb stick for 1.6k instead of 2.2k

I guess an i3 4130 will outperform g3220 right? Prices are close by.

Yes, it will but would result in increase of budget.

How capable is the g3220 integrated gpu? Any possibility to make this setup do some casual gaming by adding a discrete gpu later on?

Am referring to GPUs that don't need extra power supply but draw it from mobo. Basically starter cards. (Anything beyond that will bloat the budget too much I guess)
