Ans: Windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: Atleat 256 Gb SSD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: NO

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Internal Harddisk , Antec’s EarthWatts GOLD PRO 650

Ans: ASAP

AMD performs better and costs less. But if you still wanna go with Intel, best you can go is i5 9600k+GTX1660 combo build for about 70k. Since there are lot of offers going around now, you may able to squeeze 9700k in your budget.

9600k/9700k run hot & won't even be able to avoid thermal throttling at stock speeds under heavy load.One would need at least a 5k cooling solution(ideal would be Noctua D15 which costs ~7k).

Yes, I know. My rough calculation of 70k includes 212 Turbo after market cooler.

He's not gonna overclock, I believe CM 212 Turbo should suffice.

You cannot get a i7 within 75k
You need either to increase the budget or go with AMD Ryzen 7 which is a killer keeping in mind price to performance ratio.
Even Ryzen 5 3600X beats i9 9900Ks easily in benchmarks when overclocked.
