Suggest me on which laptop to Buy...

Dear Friends,
Planning to buy a new laptop.My budget is atmost 42k...(US price)
I'm poor at the processors like Centrino,Mobile,Dual core,Core 2 Duo etc and also about the AMD blend of different processors for the laptops.I would like to have a graphic card too...
In India for 42K i may not get the good one...But i'm planning to get the same from US.One of my friend is coming soon.Hence please suggest me a good one for that.
Also it will be very helpful if you guys can provide me a list of websites...
-For Laptop Reviews.
-Processor comparisions between AMD and Intel.
-Best Laptop deal sites in US {If possible}

Hey brother....A better idea wud be to buy the DIGIT's october edition ...The techies have carried a gud review on hell lot of Laptop's...B it b a home entertaintment or official use ....I wud suggest u to have a look at it once b4 buyin a lappy...I did the same n bought the compaq pressario laptop ...It was voted as the best buy by DIGIT.

dell inspiron 6400 will be good choice. check at dell usa-site, with lots of configuration options. then check the same configuration at dell india -site.
