Unless you need it urgently, wait for a month or two. New laptops have already been launched in US & EU, matter of time before they are launched here. I assume R5 4600H + GTX 1650Ti might be possible for 65k in India, if not you should get R5 4600H + GTX 1650 GDDR6 (currently its GDDR5).

If you need something right now, Lenovo Y540 with i5 9300H, GTX 1650, 8GB & 512GB SSD is a good buy, costs 60-62k on sales.
