Suggest best processor+mobo

Hi guys,
suggest me best motherboard and processor under 12k. Main usage is 3d max, Photoshop works and occasional gaming(NFS MW/RUN). I have shortlisted 2 processors:
AMD Fx 4100 (3.6 GHz is it good enough or its a flop product. Its user review is good on flipkart)

AMD Phenom II X4 960T (3.0 GHz)

OR ANY OTHER U SUGGEST.

Nothing. Just a suffix for processors coming out of the Thuban waffer.
