Suggest AC for home

Hello Everyone,
Im from Kolkata and planning to buy 1 AC for my house.

Room spec as Below:

Length = 11 ft
Width = 10 ft
Height = 9 ft
South East facing, Not exposed to sun directly, our is 3rd floor and have another 2 floors on top
Please suggest 2-3 models. I already read few long threads here(suggesting Sharp,Panasonic,LG) which are really very knowledgeable but at the end get confused which one to select. Give me the price range too.

Get a Sharp 1.1/1.25 Ton Inverter AC. Do bargain and try out a few stores to check who offers the best discount. Try Barmecha refrigeration Kolkata , Great Eastern ,Khosla etc etc. Now after buying the AC get the installation dine properly. Make sure the outdoor to indoor copper pipe is vacuumed properly. The foam on the copper pipe should be covered with an insulation tape ( extra charge). Make sure to get quality ODU stand from Godrej Boyece as it offers the maximum distance from the rear wall to the condensar of the Out door unit.
