suggest a phone under 5k

One of my friends is planning on buying a touch based-phone under 5k. Please suggest some good phones within that price range.
I guess he doesn't have a problem buying micromax phones but not really sure about how micromax phones perform.
I shortlisted the micromax x550 qube but then heard it has issues with its battery.
So guys/girls go ahead and suggest me some good phones.

P.S:- battery backup should be good.
