Suggest 17" Laptop cooler

I own a dell studio 17 and it gets really hot while playing games (it even switches off when i play burnout for more than 30mins )

So can you please suggest if i sud go for a Laptop cooler? will it make a lot of difference?

I really like Theitdepot - Cooler Master NotePal ErgoStand (R9-NBS-4UAK) because of its functionality!

Please suggest!

Also suggest a good software to measure temp
