Strange RAM

Bought a Hynix 1GB DDR2 ram last week.Its rated to work at 533MHz.But every motherboard(Intel D945GNTL & Asus M2N-MX) detects it as a 667MHz ram.I even tried to OC it and it OCed to 800MHz without a prob.the RAM timings are 5-5-5-15.The latency at 667MHz is 63.5ns whereas at 800MHz it 51.3ns.So wat do u guys think is happening wit d RAM.

Very very weired .......I think you have got a 667MHz stick instead of a 533MHz.... .....
