[Query] Speaker Wire Broken

My Creative SBS A520 speaker 's Right rear Speaker's Cable got broken(>.> pet dog) .
My product is under warranty , any idea
how much they charge to fix the issue if i give to official Creative ?
Any Service Center in Kerala,Kannur
Will i have to send Entire Unit by courier ? or just the single speaker

Can i Self Repair it or can a Local PC Reparing shop can repair


In the Speaker cable shown in PIC 1 there is two cables ? if i self reparing how to distinguish which wire is which , since both same colour cables

Its easy just cut the cable and strip the two wire of both end and connect it with anyone as it doesn't matter same colour wire in spearker.
As there is no such thing as "positive wire" or "negative wire" in spearker

But then why two wires? y cant they use 1 big wire? what is the technical fact behind two wires?
