Sony Xperia sp Or Nexus 4

One of my friend is looking to purchase mobile for day to day usage with bit of gaming (Casual to medium)

1. Budget?
20 to 24k ( Depending On Phone)
2. Display type and size?
Around 4.5 to 4.7 not more than 5 for sure
3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip?

4. Preferred choice of brand?
All the reputed brands (Not Indians 0
5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type).

6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera.
Camera is not a big deal breaker as he might not be using as primary camera ( He has One DigiCAM)

7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).

Not much but need good GPS

After Searching Quite a while A suggested him Sony xperia SP as it has got bigger battery and expandable storage. He is Saying nexus 4 will do the things for him.
My Question
How is the battery of nexus 4, Will it last for day as he is working from 7 to 7 PM so will cahrge only once in a day.
usage Will be medium like 1 hours gaming , 1 hours calls , Little bit movies and music etc. he will be using net 2g/3g continuously

I would suggest Nexus 4 for better RAM, quick updates and better front camera. Though it does not support memory card.

But What about Battery of Nexus 4 . memory is not Much of Concern though as 13 GB is more than enough for him.

N4's Battary is also good ... My vote goes to N4...

@ Those who thinks nexus battery life not good - after 4.3 update its superb...

Still I would say, don't expect battery life as much as S3 while using. Surely stand by time is great after 4.3 update, but still Screen on time is 5hr max.....

A piece of advise to other N4 users, don't start using custom ROMs now....... I'm getting lower battery life in Paranoid Android than in stock one
