Just read those linked posts,they are not about one plus/thread titles but about models you are considering.Not gonna buy OnePlus though they have taken the QLED display from Samsung but the brightness is not as good as the Samsung QLED panels.
and also the After sales support of OnePlus is not as good as Sony/Samsung.
OLED is out of scope as it has its own major issues of degradation & burn-in.
@rhitwick : Around 130k for a good deal![]()
See the above linked post to samsung frame thread.How about this one?

Good idea,hifivision forum is best for TV/audio hardware discussions in India.Already gone through those. and might create a user-id to post my query. Lets see what I get.
Samsung Frame TV is ELED so out of scope.
Yes, seen that comparison. And Samsung seems a winner here.Sony X950G vs Samsung Q80/Q80R QLED Side-by-Side TV Comparison
Samsung seems better
Yeah, Moving towards SONY than Samsung...still looking for more info.If you want to use Indian content, I wouldn't recommend skipping the upscaling option. The more decent it is, the better.
Since you are spending this much, try to keep OS out of the equation. I recently bought Panasonic for its panel, even though LG had much superior OS. Panasonic's web store is apparently barren. But you can always buy a Fire stick 4K & solve the OS issue.Yeah, Moving towards SONY than Samsung...still looking for more info.
Sony has lot of options for calibrating because of Android OS, whereas in Tizen it is limited scope.
Though the DCI-P3 score is higher in Samsung, but the skin tone is more natural in Sony![]()
