software for x700

I have a samsung X700 with a data cable provided..I want to know how I can install aplications trough data cable in the mobile..or via bluetooth..
please help

use the CD u got with it....
u can use only java apps...

dude i had x600... and i know its damn tough to install sofies...
i needed samsung xxxx java uploder and a serial datacable...
if u need any further help than pm me
