Sometime back Digit gave Ashampoo Office 2006 free in discs. Ashampoo Office is actually a rebranded version of Softmaker Office. Now Softmaker Office 2006 is a complete freeware. It comes with a spreadsheet and word processor No presentation or database package is included.

If you have only spreadsheet and word processing needs and are bored by the Super Slow Openoffice.org, this is a great option. And download file size is just 24 MB:)

Nice, although Abiword is currently ruling the market
