its custom rom.

Settings -> Sim cards -> toggle on/off whichever sim you want on/off

Nougat custom ROMs don't have this option so you are out of luck

Ummm, I have it on unofficial RR nougat.

All of the custom ROMs for le 2 don't have it except marshmallow based ROM.
