This trick can be used to tell any service that you will need in safemode to start.Just run the following line in "cmd" REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\MSIServer" /VE /T REG_SZ /F /D "Service" net start msiserver
