Anyway, I need a router for less than 2k. Should cover around 2000sq feet. Or around 30m.
router range depends on many factors like house design,construction material type,interference from other sources etc but i think TP-LINK TL-WR841N should be enough.

why spend extra for a router which does not provide any extra feature?in my experience tp-link models perform better than models from other manufacturers in similar price range.this model from netgear too cost extra but at least it has gigabit lan though range is less than tp-link:
