Ripjaws X vs Sniper

I am buying a new 8GB RAM kit tomorrow in the afternoon hence i would like some recommendations
I have finally come down to these two

Ripjaws X

and

Sniper

I know the sniper does not overclock well but i am not really interested in overclocking my RAM

congo on ur new build..i see in your post that you have bought the g.skill ripjaws x (are they working fine?) but you also have a hyper 212 evo cooler..does the cooler fits perfectly?are the heatsinks a problem?i am in a fix between gskill ripjaws x and corsair vengence but i read that the gskill ram is way to close to the cooler.so now i am thinking about gskill sniper(low profile)..please reply fast and post a few photos if u can.
