There are a few ways you can extend the WiFi coverage. One option as I understand is what you want to do is get a router and put it into access point mode and connect to main router by LAN cable. This way the second router will act as extender.
Since you have 200 Mbps Internet, make sure that whatever Router you buy stick to AC or AX and essentially with Gigabit (1 Gbps or 1000Mbps) LAN and WAN.
There are some useless models like TP Link Archer C20 that are AC wifi but its LAN ports are only 100Mbps, then the entire network is brought down to 100Mbps when connected by LAN. Strict NO to such models even if they may be cheaper options.
And use CAT 6 cable at least as it can safely carry 1Gbps connection.
