[Query] Regarding Sennehiser Warranty

I am using Sennheiser MX 170 and the left side of the earphone has stopped working.

I don't have the packaging of the earphone but I have the SnapDeal bill from where I purchased. Will that do?

Yes, packaging is not required for warranty.

You can ask for it since the earphone warranty can be taken only by showing bill.
