rediff massenger problems

to all,

i am facing a new problem with my rediffbol messenger
when i am loggin in rediffbol rediff give me following error massage ........
rediffbol was not able to stablish connection from server it need input setup connection and may need support from system admins.?

i am using airtel adsl connection and win 2000 as operating system quickheal 8.0 antivirus .
help me ... what is the solutoin?
