Stellar data recovery is for your hdd not google/cloud services, same for any other similar service. Google/any cloud storage service will not recover any deleted data unless required by law/law enforcement agencies.

True. Nothing is actually deleted just hidden from a user.
Actually it is deleted as cloud storage providers do need to rationalize their hdd space usage, it is just that cloud storage providers don't use filesystem like typical people use in their home(ntfs,linux file systems etc) so the user data is not in 1 hdd or at 1 place, it may be possible that a part of your photo uploaded on google drive is in a hdd in USA & another part is in UK. So when google delete your pic then it is deleted from 2 hdd & based on how new data is written to these 2 hdd it may or may not be possible to recover some or all data & of course it will be quite time/resource consuming so it will only be done under legal orders.

As per what's mentioned under the PRISM program, nothing is deleted. "They" can get their hands on everything.
That is for "extraordinary situations", CIA/NSA won't be tracking everybody's data but only those important enough in their eyes.

Think logically. You are basically saying that out of the entire hdd production of the world, half is containing just copy data. If I upload 10TB of data to google drive & then delete it & upload another 10TB then google will add another 10TB to account for my new data, do you think it is even viable technologically or commercially. Also what good is all the data if there is not enough manpower/tech to process it. Imagine nsa holding every email ever sent by any US citizen in last 10 years & then they start searching for term "bomb", do you think it has even any point.
In short, be more worried about your country's govt & economy instead of worrying about google/cia/nsa.

It has loads to do with the investment scenario. For eg. look at the size of a Tesla's Gigafactory in US and China. Even if they agree with the make in India crap point and decide to come here, from where are they gonna get such a huge piece of land? Again topic is deviating, you said worry about country's economy and government so mentioned this.
You never heard about the guy who uploaded 1 Petabyte(1024TB) pron on amazon unlimited drive which allegedly led amazon to stop offering its truly unlimited storage plans.
There is a lot of land in states like Rajasthan, Gujarat, East UP. Japan also has a high population density just a bit behind India but it is because of their max population being concentrated in small number of big cities like Tokyo else Japan has large amount of uninhibited land.
