Logitech 5.1 do better than Creative 5.1 or 7.1.
But creative 5.1 is better than its own 7.1
I am not heard of pro gamer vertion

well i have tested them in a shop ..... man nearly created a mosh out there ! I tested on a P4 system with a creative Audigy Soundcard (if i'm not mistaken) and the results were outstanding !! I used a original Iron Maiden Rock in Rio DVD to check the sound and well for what ive heard it worth the price ! Well i can tell you that its suited to the kind of music i live in ... dunno about you wether you are into hard and heavy stuff !!!!
