Hi, I have been looking to buy upgrade RAM for my Dell Studio 1558 laptop. After some research I found that it only supports 1333 mhz DDR3 memory with max 8 GB. I would like to know which company's RAM would be good. I heard transcend has sub par quality. Is corsair and kingston better? Are there any more makers I am not aware of? I tried looking for older threads about this discussion, but they are way old. I need some fresh perspective.

you can go with either of Corsair or Kingston. both are good enough. And make sure the new RAM's timing match the old one's.
