What is Athlon xp 64 3200+? I think you mean AMD 64 3200+. It depends on the core and the motherboard too. Venice OCs better than NewCastle and Winchester. I am not sure about opteron since ppl don't usually OC their servers.

guys ! my fault it is amd64 3200+.the question still remains 3200+ E6 stepping or opteron 146 E4 stepping . my mobo is asrock dual sata2. mainly used for gaming with my ati X1800 XT Gpu my ram 2*512 mb
