Problem activating arkham city

Hello everyone, I am having trouble activating batman arkham city by online.

I hope anyone could help me with my problem.

Where did you get the copy? promotional or retail disc or steam?

try adding the key to steam or is it GFWL?

Retail keys should work with steam and also should get converted to GOTY version.

Thanks very much Rcuber but steam says invalid product key.
Besides my product key starts with FHPRM and steam only accepts keys starting with 1AB2C.

Contact the steam support and/or WB Games to give you a steam key against proper proof of purchase.
