Plz help..... Which tablet should i buy ?

I need an android tablet which will mostly be used for reading books and articles, internet browsing via 3G and watching video and movies. Also I want to install lots of film making apps in it like Autodesk Sketchbook Pro etc. which are mostly used for shot designing, shot listing, script writing, painting, story boarding etc. USB support is necessary. Plz do not suggest Apple or Windows.

My budget is around Rs. 15,000, but won't mind 1k-2k extra if it is worth.

I have shortlisted some which are as follows. But you can suggest me others too.

1. Digiflip Pro xt911
2. Iball Slide Octa A341
3. Asus Fonepad 7 FE375CG

I liked the Huawei Honor T1 and Huawei Honor X1 both. But sadly, thr is no USB or OTG support. Also Xiaomi MI pad 7.9 is excellent but it doesn't support SIM or 3G.

I will suggest you to get mipad or nexus 7 2013.

Wht do u think about iBall Octa A341 or Digiflip Pro XT911 ? I hv read lots of positive reviews of both.
